Stephen J. Herrmann
As a veteran in the industry, Stephen has excelled in the insurance-benefits business for almost 40 years. After working for a major health-insurance carrier for nearly a decade, Stephen saw a need for authentic, efficient and educated benefits solutions. He has an extensive working knowledge of the insurance business as a whole, and he draws on his well-rounded expertise to not only provide service, but to also guide his team. His satisfaction comes from helping employers deliver access to quality, affordable health care for their employees.
Cynthia A. Gillespie
Cynthia has spent more than a decade with Herrmann Benefit Solutions, honing her skills with a wide array of clients. She brings her previous experience as operations manager at an electronics-warranty company and as production manager with a large pharmaceutical company. Drawing on that diverse working experience, it’s no surprise that Cynthia most enjoys the variety of work she manages, with all sizes and types of employers. She’s passionate about consulting with carrier representatives to tailor benefits to meet an employer’s needs—and resolving issues and assisting in the education process through daily interaction with clients is her strong suit.
DiAne Courntey
Diane has spent more than 20 years perfecting her work in benefits, and all 20 years have been dedicated to Herrmann Benefit Solutions. She knows the close-knit team inside and out, often referring to the group as family. Some of her greatest joys at work are the many relationships she has developed with clients throughout her tenure. Prior to joining the Herrmann team, Diane worked as an executive assistant for a local chemical company in St. Louis.
Debbie Plambeck
At Herrmann, we often speak about having experience on both sides of the business. After working in human resources for 16 years at a local restaurant chain, Debbie combined her working knowledge with the assets at Herrmann to perfectly position herself to serve clients. Now, with more than 28 years in benefits, Debbie’s knowledge runs deep. Working with clients and carriers to find the best products for employees is not only something she excels in—it’s her favorite part of the job.
